Charlie thought he would surprise Bea, his beautiful wife, with a huge party on her 70th birthday. She had never had a big party thrown in her honor and Charlie wanted to do it up right. He called us up and we were in.
Bea and Charlie are friends of ours and are the owners of The Party Scoop. They serve fantastic ice cream with toppings at events and parties from mobile ice cream parlor stations.
